Packaging
The crystal coffret is a keeper, not a wrapper — it is the storage system. Outer cartons are FSC-certified card, printed with soy inks, ribbon-tied rather than shrink-wrapped.
Small batches
Crafting to demand in small batches means no warehouse of unsold lacquer. Sold out genuinely means sold out until the next batch is crafted.
Considered materials
We select pigments and coatings carefully and continue to review materials as better options become available. A gentle removal routine also avoids unnecessary scraping or forced removal.
The long view
We are working toward bio-resin tips and refillable adhesive by 2027, and we publish progress in The Correspondence — honestly, including the failures.
