30-day returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or store credit.
Exchanges
Unused items in their original condition may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability. Customers pay exchange return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect
Notify Support@manikira.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
How to begin
Email Support@manikira.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label; send the item back in secure packaging.
