The Story
The sea, asked
a question
Aqua Oracle was crafted after a week on the Ligurian coast, where the water in the coves turns a blue that seems lit from below. Our colourists chased that exact suspension — not sky blue, not teal, but the blue of light travelling through water — building it as an ombré so each tip carries the whole depth of a cove, shallow to deep, in twenty millimetres.
The silver is the difficult part. Chrome pigment is worked into ridges with a heated tool while the top layer is still soft, so each crest stands in true relief — you can feel the wave under a fingertip. No stamp or decal could hold that light; it must be pushed into shape, one crest at a time, and sealed before the metal settles. Each set breaks its foam differently.
Ask the water anything; it answers in light.
