RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At ManiKIRA, we are committed to delivering high-quality, luxurious press-on nails. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.


Returns 

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for a refund or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or damaged items.
  • Custom or personalized press-on nails. 
  • Gift cards.

Return Process:

  1. Email info@manikira.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
  3. Ship the item back to us in secure packaging.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Exchanges 

Eligibility:

  • Exchanges are allowed for items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact info@manikira.com with your order number and details of the item you'd like to exchange.
  2. Ship the original item back using the return instructions provided.
  3. Once we receive the item, we will ship the replacement product.

Conditions:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
