Returns
Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for a refund or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or damaged items.
- Custom or personalized press-on nails.
- Gift cards.
Return Process:
- Email info@manikira.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
- Ship the item back to us in secure packaging.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Eligibility:
- Exchanges are allowed for items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
Exchange Process:
- Contact info@manikira.com with your order number and details of the item you'd like to exchange.
- Ship the original item back using the return instructions provided.
- Once we receive the item, we will ship the replacement product.
Conditions:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
